Grape: 100% Lambrusco Grasparossa

Tasting Notes: The wine is red, dry and sparkling. The color is a deep ruby red with purple reflections. The bubbles are fine and persistent and the foam is vivid with violet reflections. At the nose the wine is vinous and fruity with aromas of violets, cherries, blackberries and raspberries. In the mouth the wine is balanced with a good structure and intense tannins, typical of the appellation. The taste is fruity and persistent with a good acidity and moderate alcohol

2020 "Tamburello" Pignoletto Frizzante DOC by Fattoria Monticino Rosso

Grape: 100% Pignoletto

Tasting Notes: The elegance is immediately perceived by the fine perlage. The wine has aromas reminiscent of citrus peel, aromatic herbs and almonds. The character is delicate, with a bouquet of sober elegance. The sensations of pear and apple are delicious, intrigue the nose and anticipate beautiful floral memories of wisteria and white roses that fade with sweetness. The palate has a perfect balance. Her feminine character comes to mind with an extra spark of freshness. Precise, clear from the aromatic point of view, it has a full and delicate taste. The bubbles are fine, tickle the palate, accompanied by a subtle flavor. It closes with an intense memory of almonds and flowers.

2020 "A" Romagna Albana DOCG Secca by Fattoria Monticino Rosso

Grape: 100% Albana

Tasting Notes: The nose starts with prominent mineral notes that slowly fade into a cascade of flowers (yellow rose) and then yellow fruit (peach, apricots, papaya, pineapple). It expresses a character full of strength and elegance . The pace is relentless, growing in intensity as the mineral flavors mingle with those of citrus fruits, sage and thyme, then marrying in a balance that invites you to take one sip after another. The finish is complex and enveloping, with a lingering mineral pleasantness.
